A South Florida native with over two decades of experience, Caron Dockerty brings a wealth of industry knowledge and unparalleled market expertise to Douglas Elliman’s Delray Beach office. Caron is one of South Florida’s leading brokers of luxury Real Estate, specializing in the coastal communities of Delray Beach, Ocean Ridge and Highland Beach as well as Gulf Stream, where she and her husband have resided for the past 25 years and raised their two children. 

Sought after for her work ethic and devotion to her clients, Caron has earned the reputation of a vivacious broker who delivers exceptional customer service, always willing to go the extra mile. Her deep involvement in the community as well as her multitude of industry connections aid in her ability to match each property with it’s ideal owner. 

In addition to her extensive Real Estate background, Dockerty has also been a philanthropic member of the community for the last 25 years, where her efforts are currently focused on Gulf Stream School, the Junior League Boca Raton, and the Bethesda Hospital. Caron also possesses a deep passion for gemstones and jewelry design which led her to pursue a degree in Gemology. In 2011 she earned a degree from GIA, the world’s most prestigious institute of gemology.
