Brad Negbaur is well-equipped to empower his clients to achieve their goals in this competitive housing market. And having come from a New York family real estate business (his father is a broker and owns several properties in Brooklyn and Manhattan which Brad manages), he is able to maintain grace under pressure and deliver results in the most challenging of circumstances.

Raised on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, Brad has lived in NYC all his life and moved to Brooklyn in 2005. He currently resides in the Kensington section of that borough and loves the excitement, diversity, beauty, and convenience that comes with being a New Yorker. He holds a BA degree from Sarah Lawrence College and had a long career in marketing/book publishing at Time Warner and Hachette Book Group. Brad spends much of his free time with his entertainingly unfathomable dog and perfect (should she be reading this) teenage daughter.
