Houston native Benjamin Dougharty possesses an open, outgoing and inviting personality that inspires confidence and puts his clients and fellow Realtors at ease. Benjamin’s primary focus is
always finding out what his customers want and delivering it.

Benjamin’s clients range from individuals to couples, first-time buyers to empty nesters and families in all price ranges and neighborhoods. He helps his sellers put their best foot forward to
attract qualified buyers, and guides his buyers on their journey to transform a prospective purchase into their home.

Before becoming a real estate agent, Benjamin honed his sales skills for 13 years in Los Angeles as a movie marketer for DreamWorks Animation and Sony Pictures. He returned home
to Houston to focus on his ongoing passion, residential real estate, where his marketing skills proved invaluable.

Prior to studying business and communications at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Benjamin attended St. Thomas High School and Elkins High School. He describes his favorite aspect of
school as the people. His extracurriculars included student committees and fundraising for charities where he first developed the people skills that have followed him into his sales career.

When not working, Benjamin volunteers and fosters rescue dogs with K-9 Angels Rescue where he rescued his two black Labrador Retrievers, Sonny and Cher, or rather, they rescued him. He
also enjoys volunteering at Field Elementary and proudly supports Field Elementary’s Parent Teacher Organization.

A resident of Midtown, Benjamin loves spending time with his family and tinkering with his vintage car. He enjoys exploring all the outdoor activities Houston has to offer, from Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou to the expansive biking trails and various dog parks. Or, you might find him working out at FIT Athletic in River Oaks.
