A resident of Florida for nearly 5 decades, Drake has distinguished herself with successful careers in both real estate and tourism. Her passion for serving people through these two industries led to her back-to-back tenures at two of the Gulf Coast's most renowned companies. For 18 years, Amy served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing, then as Vice President of Operations at the Longboat Key Club & Resort, a luxury resort and club on Florida’s pristine Gulf Coast. There she lead a team of 500 employees, managing the day-to-day operation of the 2,100-member country club and 221-suite Four Star/ Four Diamond Beachfront Resort. In addition, from 2003 to 2013, Amy served as Director of Marketing and Managing Director of the New Homes & Condominiums Division with one of Sarasota’s principal residential real estate teams. As Managing Director, she oversaw a team of 90 Realtors and support staff profitably closing $1.5+ billion in new construction sales annually.

Amy’s skill, tenacity, and experience have built her a strong reputation in the industry. Developers and other professionals in the industry turn to Amy as the "go-to" specialist for sales, marketing, brand management, lead generation, and more. Her colleagues and customers characterize her as a credible, accessible, respected communicator with a reputation for cultivating solid relationships and a desire to create positive outcomes for all stakeholders. Amy’s diversified background, market expertise, entrepreneurial zeal, tightly held values, and focus on excellence distinctly advantage any client she serves.

In 2013, Amy founded Property Perspectives Group (PPG), a boutique brokerage with expertise in the sales and marketing of exclusive new construction developments. Since PPG’s inception, Amy has closed over $270 million in sales at Sarasota’s top luxury towers, including Aria
Longboat Key, 624 Palm, 7 One One Palm, and EPOCH Sarasota. Her PPG production earned her the top position for average sale price in 2016, 2018, and 2021, and ranked her between 3rd and 7th position in sales volume in the Sarasota/Manatee MLS Region. In 2021, Amy’s closed volume was $155,800,000 at an average sale price of $5,195,000. In 2022 Amy joined the LRM Group where she continues to specialize in luxury properties and new developments. To further serve her clients, in 2023, Amy partnered with Douglas Elliman.

Amy and her husband Michael have lived on Longboat Key for 40 years and are dedicated supporters of local nonprofits and community organizations. Amy has been an advocate for her alma mater, the University of South Florida, in an advisory role for the launch of USF
Sarasota/Manatee’s School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and in 2021 establishing the Amy & Michael Drake Endowed Scholarship at USF Patel College of Global Sustainability, ensuring students who work to protect our fragile environment have the necessary funds to continue their education. Amy is also a Founding Member of Impact100 SRQ.
