Allison attended Columbia University, Seton Hall Law School and Royal Holloway, University of London (Law-LLM). Before beginning her career in real estate, Allison worked in financial marketing and PR , music licensing and publishing for Universal Music Group (London), and marketing and sales for O Rede Globo (Brazil).
