About Allen

Since moving to Aspen in 1994 from New Orleans, Allen’s career has centered on personal integrity, local involvement, and the customer experience. He plans to continue these efforts to help clients achieve their real estate goals, providing the knowledge and personal touch of a longtime local.
Allen’s proudest achievements include his talented college-aged daughter and longtime partnership with wife Julia. His career in Aspen has spanned more than 3 decades in the service industry and included management roles at The Little Nell and St. Regis resorts where he oversaw restaurant operations. In 2001, he and Julia founded Epicure, which quickly gained a reputation as one of the valley’s premier caterers, serving prominent cultural icons, corporate leaders, and local residents alike. In 2014, Epicure became the inaugural culinary partner with the Aspen Art Museum and ran the beloved SO Cafe for eight years.
Today, the Domingos’ continue to focus their efforts on local non-profits including Jazz Aspen Snowmass, Anderson Ranch Arts Center and The Arts Campus at Willits (TACAW).
