With a strong passion in interrelations and commitment to help people, Giuliana pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Science related to health care. Graduated with the highest Honors 'Summa Cum Laude', from Syracuse University in 1999 showing her determination and dedication to accomplish her objectives. After many years in the field she had a beautiful little girl and dedicated her time to take care of her.
It was when she purchased her two homes that she was exposed for the first time into Real Estate. She gained an interest in learning the profession and how the market works and enjoyed much doing the numbers!

Specializing in Residential Real Estate, Giuliana was successful since her very first year in the field and has won 'top producer awards.

Her integrity, perseverance, and enormous interest and dedication into finding the best possible deal for her clients helped her in becoming very good at what she does. She is full of energy and a very hard worker. Extremely committed to provide her clients with an outstanding service.
Giuliana looks for the best deals for her clients as if she was "looking for a deal for herself".

Giuliana moved to Miami Beach in 1991 and since then, lived there, except for the time when she attended College in NY. Her first job was in the retail business. She later went into restaurant management, and then teaching, while she was attending college.
She enjoys the wonderful weather in Florida and loves being surrounded by water and the ocean views! She loves spending time with her daughter and enjoys much playing piano and tennis with her.
