Corey Guglielmo is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Person in the #1 ranked Long Island Office, Franklin Square of Douglas Elliman Real Estate. In 2024, Corey received the Gold Award: Top 15% of Agents Nationwide. In addition, for the years 2023 and 2022, Corey received the President's Circle Award: Top 20% Of Agents Nationwide, and President's Circle Award: Top 16% Of Agents Nationwide. She also received The Real Producers Top 500 Agent Ranking on Long Island for 2024.

Corey specializes in the Lynbrook, Hewlett and East Rockaway area along with the surrounding North and South Shore locations. A graduate of Hofstra University, with a BA in Marketing, Corey started in her career in the Auto Finance Industry. This provided her to gain her knowledge and experiences in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. Corey's expertise in these skill sets, has since been transitioned into her Real Estate Sales.

Born and raised in this area, as well as raising her children there, have allowed her to become an expert in the neighborhood.

In addition to Real Estate, she is an integral and involved participant in her community in organizations that include: Lynbrook School PTA Volunteer (multiple positions in the last 16 years), Monday at Racine's (Free Health and Wellness Services for anyone that is going through treatment for Cancer facilitated at The Ambiance Salon in Hewlett), Real Men Wear Pink (Raising $ for Breast Cancer), a Member of the Distinguished Chapter of Lynbrook Kiwanis (Community Volunteer and Services) and Member of the Lynbrook Ladies Auxiliary (Community Volunteer).
