Leave the city chaos behind and escape to Mulberry Canyon. This ranch has a very remote, secluded feeling while being within 45 minutes of downtown Abilene, TX. The Mulberry 341 has all-weather road access only 1.5 miles from paved FM 126. The ranch has been minimally used for many years and is ready for all your hunting, ranching, or recreational ideas. There is an old caliche pit which will make a great gun range. Mulberry Creek, a seasonal creek, crosses the tract from the NE corner to the SW side. This creek canyon has several ponded areas with plenty of wildlife tracks. Two earthen stock tanks on the NW side of the tract provide livestock & wildlife water. The ranch was partially burned in the Mulberry Canyon fire in 2019. This fire effectively cleared out a large amount of invasive brush. Following the fire, there has been abundant regrowth, with native grasses and trees flourishing.
