Brian has spent years brokering and assisting buyers/sellers in multiple facets of real estate using specific knowledge and valuable insight involving a comprehensive industry experience.
His extensive understanding starts with Farm & Ranch sales involving daily operations, Oil & Gas involvement, tax implications, and/or general land geography attributes, which extends all the way to raw land sales and development, commercial, residential, and investment properties. The wide-ranging brokerage experience, while also being a partner in a private development group, gives Brian a unique perspective on approaching today's market. That perspective, along with a vast off-market property transaction history, has helped develop a true realization of the importance of working with someone who understands the cross-blending of multiple areas in real estate that is happening in today's high-growth environment that is Texas.
Brian's background also involves a very successful background in Medical Device sales, along with a former executive sales/leadership coach role. He has cultivated a strong belief that people need people, and being a valuable resource to someone along with genuinely caring, are the greatest assets you can provide.
