As you enter the property from Pilgrimport Road, there is an open field that is approximately 50 yards wide and 150 yards long. There is a good mature hardwood stand on the property consisting of ash, soft maple and some cherry trees. The property is near tabletop level with some very gentle elevation changes. There are a series on drainage ditches in the woods, and a good portion of the property is wetlands but is not under water and very walkable with plenty of wildlife signs and trails throughout. Great spot for hunting with no nearby houses, and lots of active farmland around the area.
