Outside the front of the apartment is a patio area that can fit a nice bistro table and has room to grow flowers and herbs. The owners of the building live close by in Astoria and are responsible and responsive.

Located by 47th Street and 30th Avenue in Astoria, the apartment is in a great location: a quiet area, just 2 blocks to the subway, and close to all the amazing Astoria cafes, coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques.
