After over a decade in software sales, Kelly took her negotiation skills, value-based selling experience and strategic thinking to the world of residential real estate brokerage. Having worked on lengthy, complex deals involving multiple stakeholders during her sales career, she is always ready to turn a perceived problem into an opportunity.
Specializing in sales and rentals in Downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn, Kelly helps clients achieve their goals with her solutions-oriented mindset and sharp awareness of the current market. As a property owner herself who scoured the market to buy, then live in, rent out and now sell, she has experience on all sides of the transaction and therefore understands just how critical active listening skills and thorough communication are to building trusted relationships with her clients.
Outside of real estate, Kelly focuses on her personal fitness and charity work. Kelly and her rescue dog Winnie, a registered therapy dog with The Good Dog Foundation, make regular visits to individuals and groups that benefit from the joy and compassion a dog brings. Kelly also sits on the board of non-profit organization, Beat the Streets.
