Clients work with Tim Kava because of his unique ability to bring a sense of calm to what can be an otherwise tumultuous process and for the skills he has honed from his experiences in marketing and the arts.

Having spent 13+ years falling in love with NYC and exploring its many unique neighborhoods, Tim has established a home here and takes great pride and pleasure in helping his clients do the same. His number one goal is client satisfaction and he enthusiastically draws upon his skills and unparalleled work ethic to accomplish that.

Since the beginning of his career, Tim has had the opportunity to work with some of the entertainment industry’s most influential players. Additionally, he has managed event and social media marketing on LGBTQ campaigns for nationwide film, television, and music releases.

Outside of work, Tim is a fan of the arts and enjoys reading and attending theater and music performances; otherwise, if he’s not working, you are likely to find him in the gym. He received a BFA in theater from The Boston Conservatory.
