About Rose

Drawing from a wealth of hands-on knowledge about New York real estate enhanced by a successful track record in interior design, Rose turned her passion for real estate into a career that she enjoys. With a father who was a residential developer and real estate investor, this proud native New Yorker is well-versed in all facets of housing and the property landscape in New York City neighborhoods. Utilizing her interior design background, Rose has a keen eye sizing up a space and understanding its value as well as its potential with regard to architecture and construction.

Rose specializes in the sale of luxury properties, including condominiums, co-ops and new developments across New York City. What began as a hobby that included spending free time on weekends attending open houses in the city and the Hamptons quickly turned into a professional calling when Rose became the go-to real estate contact for friends and family. Rose is known for being a highly informative sales representative, equipping clients with the tools to make value-driven decisions. With her affinity for real estate matters, not to mention her excellent interpersonal skills as well as her tenacity and vision, she provides the highest level of service, paying attention to every detail so the process goes smoothly.

Originally from Brooklyn, Rose lives with her family in TriBeCa, an area she likes for its parks, restaurants and neighborhood charm. She received a BBA degree from Pace University and in her free time enjoys fitness routines and attending NY Mets and Rangers games with her family. She and her husband, former professional baseball player John Franco, actively support their children’s involvement in the arts and sports. Rose has served on her children’s school boards and committees at Poly Prep, PS 234, Brown University, Salk School of Science and Horace Mann respectively. As a philanthropist, she founded The John Franco Charitable Foundation, which supports various charities around the city.
