Douglas Rand has called New York City home for over 20 years, during which time he has enjoyed living in seven different Manhattan neighborhoods before settling in Brooklyn. Exploring the many unique hidden gems the city has to offer has afforded him the well-earned reputation of knowing NYC inside out, and sideways.

Specializing in Manhattan and Brooklyn real estate, Doug has utilized his exceptional knowledge to the benefit of his clients since 2013. Prior to becoming a licensed agent, he applied his fortes of innovation, resourcefulness and attention to detail and founded a promotional/hospitality company in 2009. Doug grew The Bespoke Group, to become a thriving business, hosting events in NYC’s most exclusive nightclubs, restaurants and event spaces.

Douglas prides himself of his keen interpersonal skills and flair for providing superior customer service, which leads to meeting his buyers’ and sellers’ needs. His passion for networking, real estate and hospitality is apparent in every deal he makes.
