Jerry is a native New Yorker and is very knowledgeable of all the various Manhattan neighborhoods. Prior to pursuing his lifelong interest in real estate, he came from an illustrious background in the financial services industry. The majority of his tenure was spent at the prestigious Goldman Sachs and the hedge fund Tudor Investment Corporation. His concentration was quantifying valuations and managing relations for the high yield, emerging markets, and discretionary macro teams.

As a result of working for two of the most reputable companies in finance and dealing with global clients, he has honed several skill sets that are essential to the real estate industry. This includes spotting market trends, negotiating under pressure, marketing, relationship management, communication, meticulous organization skills, client confidentiality, exemplary client service, and last but not least loyalty. He is known by his peers as someone who holds loyalty to the highest regards, and as such continues to put the fiduciary interest of his clients before anything else. During his personal time he can often be seen hanging out with his wife and friends at chic establishments such as Martiny's in Gramercy or jogging in Riverside Park. Additionally, he is an avid dining enthusiast. Some of his favorite dining establishments are Sushi Noz, Cesar, Sushi Yoshino, Le Bernardin, Gabriel Kreuther, Jungsik, and Le Pavillon. He’s also involved and volunteers with philanthropic and charity organizations such as Randalls Island Park Alliance, and Goldman Sachs Community Team Works. If traveling is your forte, he loves Paris, Spain, Italy, Oahu, Colorado, Utah, California, Turks and Caicos, Japan, Shanghai, Seoul, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Among his high-profile transactions are the $45 million sale of the Walker Tower Penthouse, $20 million Central Park facing unit at One57 located on billionaires row, $20 million townhouse at 49 East 68th street, and $15 million townhouse at 150 Charles street. Additionally he advises clients globally with select transactions over $160 million which include a $48 million PH in London, $41 million house in Boston and properties between Florida, Chicago, Tokyo, California, and Las Vegas.
