Just as David Hubschman created profitable and memorable events in one of NYC’ premier venues, Cipriani Wall Street, he does the same today for buyers and sellers of New York real estate. David is not only a builder of memories and relationships; he is also a master of building relationships, orchestrating deals, and identifying value for his clients.
David excels at managing multiple concurrent projects, but treats his clients with such close attention you’ll feel as if yours is his only deal. A SUNY Geneseo graduate with a B.A. in International Relations and Spanish, with Finance as his minor, David first worked as a production coordinator/associate producer for CS Productions. He then honed his keen customer service and organizational skills at The 3D Sources, where served as assistant to the CEO and a development associate responsible for liaison work between corporate, the production department and clients.
Prior to entering real estate, David enjoyed a successful career as sales manager at Star Group Productions, producing high-profile events at Cipriani Wall Street and working one-on-one with clients to meet and exceed their expectations. Fluent in English and Spanish, David also brings to real estate excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong budgeting background, flair for negotiation, and effectiveness working in a team environment which greatly enhances his clients’ real estate experience.
