She hit the ground running with an accepted offer her very first week, and within the next two months sold three apartments and signed two exclusives. Rachel then got a lead on a developer, who’d listed a building with a competitor and was experiencing slow sales. Once the agreement expired, she was awarded the deal and sold out all 34 units in less than a year.
Rachel has continued achieving and thrilling her clients ever since. She’s worked tirelessly selling out building after building, and cultivating an extensive contact base thanks to her drive and tenacity. Her effectiveness is due to her superb ability to read people well, and identify their needs quickly and accurately. In addition to her brokerage prowess, Rachel has specialized in new developments, plus started developing herself. She has completed numerous projects in NYC, and has hundreds of millions of dollars in new condo developments coming up in Harlem and Brooklyn.
Rookie of the Year at The Corcoran Group, Rachel joined Douglas Elliman over six years ago where she partnered with the top-producing Alexander Team. Working on new development sales throughout Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Long Island City allowed her to become well versed in all facets of development projects, from the ground up to marketing and sell-out.
