A native New Yorker, Shannon graduated from New York University with a degree in English and American Literature. She has lived in various neighborhoods of NYC over the years, and has enjoyed learning about the unique features each one offers. Shannon began her career with a job in marketing and public relations for the cosmetic giant L'Oreal. Later, she thrived working for a boutique property management firm for two years. Her passion for real estate developed while working for a leading Manhattan real estate attorney. Her desire was to get more directly involved in the business and interacting with people, so she decided to transition into real estate sales and rentals. Shannon has always gravitated toward sales and service careers in some capacity. She explains: "I love taking care of clients’ needs, making them happy, and most importantly, keeping them happy!"
