Specializing in both commercial and residential real estate, Anelisa's main goal is to accommodate her clients' needs in the emotional process of selling or buying a property as well as finding the best opportunities for her investors.
Her experience and passion in dealing with people and being a top negotiator come from a long career in sales and management, first in her native country Venezuela, where she owns several jewelry stores and has closed many real estate transactions, and then in the Miami, FL area where she worked several years in the luxury sales and export business. After moving to New York City, she settled in Midtown Manhattan and later joined Douglas Elliman.
Anelisa is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. She enjoys traveling all over the world in her spare time and has come to know many different cultures as a result. She has been a business woman for over 15 years and always applies her expertise to best serve all her clients' needs.
