As a Fine Homes Specialist and multiple Chairman’s Circle Award winner, Nancy takes pride in having built a strong referral-based business that includes both individual and corporate clients, from first-time renters and buyers to the experienced client who is changing home or looking for an investment property, be it a single unit to a multiple-use building. As a corporate agent, Nancy has helped buyers relocate to The Big Apple, navigate its many neighborhoods, and settle them in the perfect home.
Nancy knows that each transaction is unique, and there is no cookie-cutter formula to selling or buying. Each transaction demands its own research, be it judiciously selecting homes for a buyer to see to specifically tailoring marketing for a seller; there is no “one size fits all” in any real estate transaction. From renting a studio to selling a townhouse, each client gets the same care and special attention.
Prior years in film production have honed not only her esthetic sense, but more importantly, her negotiating and budgeting skills, and attention to detail. She has learned to manage effectively, work under pressure, find alternative solutions when needed – and maintain and sense of calm and good humor throughout.
A native New Yorker, Nancy has lived in almost every neighborhood in the city; she raised her two children – now devoted Brooklynites – here. She volunteers for City Harvest and is an experienced documentary photographer. Working with City Harvest has taught compassion and humility; photography, a constant awe for the city she loves. Nancy has been an agent with Douglas Elliman for nearly two decades, and asks that you “let me put my experience to work for you.”
