An existing drive leads onto the property to an existing clearing to conveniently park and unload your ATV. Two maintained trails lead up through the woods to the secluded log cabin surrounded by trees and located 1,800 feet off the road.

This cozy log cabin provides a great place to get dry and warm up after a long day of hunting. Enjoy warming up around the wood stove that provides heat to the fully-functioning cabin. The cabin has been wired and electricity is provided by a generator. There is a small kitchen with a propane stove and a large open living area with vaulted ceilings for entertaining. A sliding glass door leads to the large deck on the back of the cabin and overlooks the forest. The main floor has one bedroom consisting of two bunk beds with additional sleeping space in the loft.

From the cabin, additional trails lead throughout the forested property. The diverse woodlot consists primarily of hardwoods with strong populations of oak. An existing pipeline runs through the heart of the property creating some open space to this otherwise wooded property. A new survey will be provided.
