It includes a pool, BBQ, indoor fire place, Jacuzzi and an outdoor fire pit! There is a deck for grilling while having the luxury of being a short distance to the local bay for beautiful sunsets. The open plan living/kitchen space has high ceilings and allows you to enjoy the spacious kitchen/breakfast bar while overlooking the living/dining room which also has a wood burning fireplace. There are two King bedrooms where each has their own private patio and the downstairs king has an office space /desk for remote working and private bathroom. The Queen bedroom has 2 skylights and is full of natural light where there is also a Stokke converted toddler bed if needed; there is also an option of a Bugaboo travel crib for a littler one (please request) . All bedrooms have blackout blinds/curtains. Outside you have a pool which is cleaned weekly with loungers, umbrellas, BBQ outdoor dining table and deck chairs.
