About Kristina

Kristina was born in Russia, where she earned a degree in Financial Law at Moscow State University of Humanities and Economics. After moving to the United States in 2007, Kristina held managerial positions in the financial departments of several property management and architectural companies. These experiences ignited her passion for real estate; and she is excited to bring her enthusiasm, her desire to succeed, and her strong work ethic to Douglas Elliman.
Kristina is a proud member of the award-winning Albano-Richards team, who have over 30 years of real estate experience. This team specializes in short sales, luxury homes, relocation, and commercial and residential sales. As your dedicated real estate agent, Kristina is committed to the highest standards of service excellence, whether you are buying or selling a home.
Kristina is bilingual, English and Russian; and when she’s not pursuing the needs of her clients, she enjoys traveling; snowboarding; running; and trying to get the best of her Peloton.
