Again, I ranked #1 in local sales out of over eighty agents for 2015. I was Agent of the Year for 2105, 2014 and 2013 in Local Sales. Before that for fourteen consecutive years, I was the number one agent in the Merrick Bellmore office of Douglas Elliman (team div.) Every year, all agents start off at zero. By year's end, I rank #1 in closed sales.
My children attended schools such as Duke, University of Chicago and Harvard, and are products of the local public school system. It's easy for me to sell real estate in the local neighborhoods when I am persuaded of the quality education of its schools and the advantaged lifestyle presented to its residents. I really like what I do.
My success is based on a massive referral base engendered by the trust of hundreds if not thousands of past clients and contacts. I have a very strong support term which lets me focus on my passion of representing sellers and buyers in the sale of residential real estate.
