Sharon attributes much of her success in real estate to her background in business. As the former proprietor of her own business in the Garden City area for seventeen plus years, she formulated marketing, pricing, and sales decisions daily. She worked with a high-end clientele and successfully grew her business into one of the most successful restaurants in the area.
In addition, to her entrepreneurial venture, Sharon continues to utilize her education and MBA degree to teach students, at Nassau Community College, business courses for almost twenty years. These courses assist in honing real estate strategies and skills needed when meeting the challenges faced every day in both the residential and commercial real estate markets.
