Andee is an experienced licensed realtor since 1994 in the Greater Nassau area and the North Shore of Long Island. With this experience, Andee has become a local real estate expert exhibiting exceptional dedication to customer service connecting key, pre-qualified buyers and legitimate sellers together. After being a consistent multi-million dollar producer, and achieving various awards at previous companies, Andee joined the Elliman team at Douglas Elliman spearheading a sales campaign to make Elliman one of the top Real Estate companies in the greater Northeast area of the United States. Douglas Elliman is now fortunate to have Andee on their team, assisting them in expanding the success of the local Great Neck office as it relates to sales and marketing. Andee's expertise and prior experience has resulted in the listing, negotiating and closing of hundreds of deals throughout her career. Andee is a Certified Paralegal in the State of New York, Certified Notary Public in the State of New York, Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker, a member of the Long Island Board of Realtors, a member of the New York Association of Realtors, and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Prior to her career in Real Estate, Andee graduated with honors from Syracuse University majoring in Business. Andee also holds a paralegal degree from Adelphi University in Real Estate Law. Prior to being a Realtor, Andee was a Real Estate Paralegal at
Dreyer & Traub in Manhattan and also Ruskin , Moscou, Evans & Faltichek on Long Island.
