The home sleeps 8. 1 king bed, 2 full beds, 2 sets of bunks, 1 trundle bed, and a full pull out sofa. Amenities include WiFi, 2 HDTV’s, Central Air Conditioning, coffee maker, toaster oven, washer & dryer, 2nd full refrigerator, hardwood floors, off street parking and outdoor grill. Available Oct 1st - May 31, 2024. References required. First and last month's rent and Security to move in. Small pet possible.
