Neighborhood Guide

WATERFRONT

Residents of this neighborhood can commute to work along the Rose Kennedy Greenway. The one-and-a-half-mile swath of park curving from the North End to Chinatown has become the favorite front yard for everyone along the waterfront. Access to transit-from commuter rail to the subway (and even Logan Airport)-is minutes away. In fact, you can get to the airport by boat if you'd like. Leisure activities abound, from strolling along the harbor to dining in some of the city's top restaurants. Housing consists mainly of luxury condos with commanding views of the waterfront and the city spreading in every direction.
