Her designs have been featured in numerous American and Argentine fashion magazines and channels for home decor including Elle Decoration, Boston Magazine, New England Magazine, Boston Globe, House Beautiful, Country Living, Domino Magazine, In Style Magazine, People Magazine and more.
Expansion of her skills and style to the world of realty as a member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board was a natural transition that has since provided clients with an all-inclusive property sales experience. Mrs. Bourlot’s unique ability to educate and inspire clients on spatial organization and creation of an aesthetic that encompasses the exploration of the color white, has proved successful in servicing clients in the field of realty. In order to provide the superior property sales experience in which she is known, her relationships with builders, contractors and renovators are ensured to be strong and direct. Furthermore, her elegant and inviting staging process built from inspiration in her own designs gives way to rapid property movement. Whether buying or selling, looking into an investment property or even growing an investment portfolio through real estate, Fernanda is focused on catering to specific client need through a smooth, enjoyable buying/selling experience from conception to finish with a high style result. Her realty experience with Charlesgate Realty Group until 2018 has resulted in several accolades including earning a spot in the 2016 “Gold Circle Level,” as well as being named both “agent most talked about”, and “deal killer.”
She has moved to Douglas Elliman where she brings her commitment, experience and design to a next level.
When not working in interior design and property sales, Fernanda participates in countless fundraising events, including the Junior League of Boston and many other local organizations. She enjoys boating in the Boston harbor and islands and spending her weekends at her self-designed Lake Sunapee home in New Hampshire - a past feature in Boston Magazine. While in New Hampshire, you can catch Fernanda taking long hikes, swimming, gardening and welcoming friends and family into her home for pasta, homemade madeleines and good company.
