Almost every window provides views of the lake and the rugged terrain and hardwood forest of Mountain Lakes Park. There is accommodation for six (6) to eight (8) guests, a professional-grade kitchen, a formal dining room, and a sunken living room with a fireplace, projector and screen perfect for movie nights. A second-level owner’s suite offers cathedral ceilings, views of the lake, a king-sized bed, spa-inspired bathroom and restorative steam shower. A large bedroom on the first floor includes a queen-sized bed. Additional sleeping areas include a full-sized bed and pull out. The first floor includes a full bath, and a powder room. A large entertainment room on the second floor includes cathedral ceilings, a billiards table, a gas fireplace, and a large TV. The lower level has a fitness and bonus entertainment area, spare bunks, and walk-out access to an expansive stone patio with a large outdoor fireplace and plentiful seating. Stone steps lead down to the lake, boathouse, and dock where a battery-operated pontoon boat and kayaks are available for guests. Swim or paddle the quiet and secluded Lake Rippowam. Golf, horseback riding, and fishing are available nearby. Cleaning provided. Convenient parking. 1-hour to Manhattan via Metro-North from Katonah or Goldens Bridge stations. Rate is per month/30-DAYS.
