The third bedroom is a study with a trundle bed (two singles) for good measure with an additional full bath. There are three second floor Juliet balconies! All 5 televisions have cable, Roku or both. There is a first floor desk/printer nook area and a spinet piano, a laundry area with washer and dryer, and another half bath. This rental comes with a fully equipped kitchen, linens, toiletries and towels. Complimentary housekeeping is included every other Thursday from 9:30 am - 2:30 pm (excluding personal laundry). The garage has been converted to a home gym with a rower, stationary and a regular bike. A car is not mandatory because of the proximity to everything although you have ample room in the driveway for two vehicles.
