901 Broadway is the pinnace of downtown retail. The former Lord & Taylor flagship at 901 Broadway, designed by James H. Giles, was New York's first iron-framed building. A landmark of Manhattan's Ladies' Mile, it recently underwent a full restoration of its cast-iron facade, slate mansard roof, and iconic turret.
