New humans wanted! My current humans are about to embark on a new chapter in their lives. I have sheltered them for years and they have loved and cared for me in return. I sit about half way down a very quiet culdesac at the top of a hill. My backside rests against a very quiet, private, and beautiful canyon. It's not unheard of to see deer strolling by, and about the only thing you'll hear are the birds singing and the soft ocean breezes blowing through the trees. It doesn't take much to care for me as I have such a low maintenance yard, both front and back. Out back there is turf so there is always green to match the rest of the canyon. My front courtyard needs no care and is a great place to just hang out. They just gave me new clothes, (exterior paint) so I'm looking very stylish. I've had cosmetic surgery, so my kitchen, with the stainless steel appliances, and bathrooms have all been upgraded. I don't look my age at all. Step inside my breeze friendly dutch door, and my interior opens wide up to the view of the abundant nature out back. I have great lighting with recessed lights although you won't need them during the day. My numerous dual pane windows flood the daytime with light. I have crown molding and baseboards that give the rooms the impression of class and elegance. My humans even gave me a QuietCool whole house fan to keep me cool should the oceans breezes stop. No high electric bills here! Please come be my new "nature loving" humans!
