Amazing Colorado River ranch that you have to see to appreciate!
Water is everywhere with just under a mile of the Colorado River flanking the entire west boundary and six tanks strategically placed throughout the ranch. Majority of these tanks had adequate water before the recent rain but are all brimful at the present time. Multiple wet weather creeks cross the ranch and owner has also channeled the run off from the higher areas of the property to feed into the tanks
