The family room also has a queen-sized sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. 
 
Kitchen/Dining Room: Villa Evelyn's Palms has a gorgeous kitchen with recessed lighting, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of counter space.  The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances you might need to produce your own culinary creations. This fantastic space offers direct access to the dining area and the living room. An integrated breakfast bar with additional seating is excellent for brunch or a quick bite. Right next to the kitchen is also a convenient breakfast nook with seating for up to four. From here, you have an impressive view of the lanai and pool through the wide double sliding glass doors. To the left of the entrance is the formal dining area with a table set for six.

Guest Bedrooms/Bathrooms: The first guest room offers a cozy Queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the lanai through the large glass sliders. The second guest bedroom offers a Queen-size bed and large closets perfect for your wardrobe and shopping treasures! In addition, they share the second bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and a single-sink vanity. This bathroom doubles as the pool bath with direct access to the large pool. 
 
Pool/Lanai: Enjoy your company on the lanai, which offers multiple seating areas for gatherings where you can relish relaxed conversation and a cocktail.
