The Home
Built in the 1960’s by renowned East Hampton architect, Alfred Scheffer, The Beach House was originally owned by famous playwright, Neil Simon, who wrote his first three notable plays including “The Odd Couple” during ownership. The residence consists of two separate dwellings, the Main House and a Guest Studio. The Main House has 3 well-appointed bedrooms with luxurious baths with walk-in showers. A grand living room with a majestic wood burning fireplace is great for entertaining, as is the open Danish-design gourmet VIPP kitchen with Miele appliances and wine fridge. A pristinely manicured backyard with loungers and an outdoor shower along with a patio equipped with bbq and a dining table complete the experience for perfect summer nights in the Hamptons.

The Guest Studio, with a separate entrance, is a delightful two-story loft that consists of a living room and recreation area on the 1st floor with a full bathroom and a 2nd floor bedroom and home office with a full bathroom.
