The walk to Boro hall # trains is very reasonable and the Carroll stop on the F train is just 3 blocks . The living space is more than comfortable and actually its an almost perfect room , very square, spacious accommodating all your furniture .The folks departing are letting go of a place they have loved and will miss...?.including the extra closets ! The bedroom has a walk-in closet and they pointed out that the DECK which is private gets sun almost all day ! Pets: One good pet on approval if trained and quiet. This is a smoke-free dwelling. The renter pays heat and hot water in addition to the monthly rent. Reduced rental commission and the start date is a little flexible so October 15 is fine
