1st months rent ($3,500.) & security deposit ($3,500.00) are due at signing of lease agreement. Credit check,back ground check and references for all occupants over 18 years of age are required.
Tenant is responsible for the Electric-Propane Gas and snow removal. The tenant has no right to sub-let the property or use the property as an AirBNB. Pets(dogs) considered No smoking or vaping in the house/building.
