Seller agrees that all items located on the Property at the time of execution of this contract—including but not limited to all furniture, appliances (whether built-in or free-standing), decor, electronics, and other personal property—shall remain with the Property and convey to Buyer at closing, regardless of whether such items are considered fixtures under the terms of this contract.
