A full bath is located on the 2nd floor. The first floor has cozy open front porch, spacious living area with SMART TV, dining room, fully stocked vintage kitchen and 1/2 bath/laundry room. There is also outdoor shower. 2 beach badges, 2 beach chairs, all linens, Wifi. and A/C. Sorry No Pets or Smokers. $3500 for May, $7500 for June and $11,000 for August. $500 refundable sec dep and $225 exit cleaning fee. Will consider a 2 week stay.
