Designed by Grade and Laguardia Design in collaboration with Luxury builders Telemark, 25 Potato is an ultra-luxe modern oceanfront residence set for completion end of Summer 2020. Inspired by the demand for warmer and more natural modern oceanfront homes, 25 Potato emblazons a soft material palette highlighted by the use of limestone, stucco, and custom stained mahogany siding while the sleek and modern outdoor living spaces are highlighted by a 360 degree, zero-edge swimming pool with glass waterfall and state of the art oxygenated control system. A true indoor to outdoor living concept emulated from the oceanfront residences of Malibu, 25 Potato is a perfect balance of California beach chic and sophisticated modern design.
