Includes a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, outdoor shower, WiFi, linens / towels and use of owners' bikes & beach chairs. Sleeps up to 6 people...double beds in each bedroom and LR has a pull-out couch. Yard on side of house for more outdoor enjoyment. No Smoking & No Pets! Rental fee + $160 cleaning fee + MA State Tax of 5.7% + $300 Security Deposit.
