Number eight is a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse in a convex crescent of nine terrace houses – the ‘west wing’ to the prestigious Lansdown Crescent. Built in the early 1790s, Lansdown Place West was designed by John Palmer and features beautiful architectural details from the period.

The upper maisonette is one of three residencies in property; two sharing the communal access through the front door and entrance hall. Stairs up lead to the private entrance and onto a half landing where there’s a utility room and WC, then to the first floor landing to the main accommodation. Here, light oak Trunk flooring seamlessly transitions from one room to another, creating a luxe flow through the whole of this floor.
