About Morena

My name is Morena Melendez and I was born and lived in Caracas, Venezuela until I moved to the United States in 2020.
 
During my years in Venezuela, I earned my law degree in 2012 and practiced law since then. During my legal career, I was the legal counsel of a private company in the oil and gas industry. I was the youngest manager of the organization and worked with a team of 25 people. 
 
I moved to Miami in early 2020 and continued working in the legal industry, this time in the real estate arena. As I learned more about real estate transactions, I began to enjoy the interactions with different types of people with different types of needs and fall in love with the happiness of clients when the closing on their home was finally done. Because of this, I obtained my Sales Associate License and since then I have been assisting buyers, sellers, and renters in helping them find their homes, their next investment, or their commercial space. 
 
In my personal time, I love to exercise, do outdoor activities, and spend time with my adorable cats.  I'm passionate about animals and because of this love for all animals I belong to a non-profit organization, Famproa, that focuses on helping animals without a home.
