Donald (Don) Langdon

After 30 years with Palm Beach Polo Realty, Don Langdon joined Douglas Elliman in January 2014 as a Managing Broker in Palm Beach and Wellington. From decades of experience and a passion for people, he exceeded a volume over $1 billion in sales with over 1,000 transactions.

Langdon began his career at Palm Beach Polo Golf and Country Club—a prestigious country club home to Olympic riders, polo players and equestrians—in 1984. He quickly gained local attention and was named “Top Producer” for seven consecutive years by The Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches.

In 1991, he became the Director of Sales and Marketing for Palm Beach Polo Realty. A charismatic man by nature, Langdon is known for building a cohesive team dynamic. He is adept in magnifying others’ strengths and developing their skill sets. His foundation of success lies in a dedication to service and current product knowledge.

He has sold everything from villas to single family homes to farm property. His expertise encompasses Palm Beach County from Wellington to the island of Palm Beach. Holding a general contractor’s license, Langdon is able to assist potential buyers looking to make structural improvements to a property. His expansive knowledge helps distinguish one property from the other, assisting clients in every step along the way.

A North Carolina native, born in Ketchikan, Alaska, Langdon is a small town man at heart with a passion for helping others. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University, with a major in real estate and urban analysis. In junior college, Langdon was Most Valuable Player on the school’s tennis and basketball teams. Staying active is an integral part of his life today.

Langdon is a licensed broker in both Florida and North Carolina. Don is the proud parent of three daughters and a son.
