She has been married to a real estate developer, who has developed over 5,000 homes, for over 30 years; and has lived in Broward County for more than 30 years.
She possesses in-depth knowledge through analytical analysis of current market values, based on loca-tion, housing type(s), supply, demand and long-term perspective using land constraints and path of de-velopment.
San Jose’ understands the lifestyle differences between living on the west side of Broward County ver-sus the east side. She is incredibly knowledgeable when it comes to the most desirable locations in Broward County, and specializes in master planned communities in the western part of the county, and oceanfront and Intracoastal properties in the eastern area of the county.
She has great strengths in understanding of the competitive market within the geographic area of spe-cialty, negotiating skills capable of navigating through the emotional side of the buyer and seller. She is reachable at any time — her services don’t end until the home is closed. In many situations, her clients become long-term friends.
San Jose’ earned her real estate license from Gold Coast Real Estate School in 2003. She also holds an Associate of Science degree in nursing from Broward College in Fort Lauderdale.
San Jose’ was a member of the Junior League of Greater Fort Lauderdale, through which she volunteered with many South Florida charities including Habitat for Humanity, Jack & Jill Children’s Center, SOS Chil-dren’s Villages and more. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, exercising and going to the theater.
