Ivonn Goihman's 20 years of experience representing buyers and sellers in the South Florida luxury real estate market provides her clients with the highest level of expertise in real estate marketing today. Originally from New York, Ivonn resides and works in Aventura with an additional focus on the areas of Bal Harbour and Sunny Isles. Ivonn's portfolio encompasses all property types but she specializes in luxury condominiums and pre-construction opportunities across these areas. Through a strong knowledge of the local market and an 18 year partnership with her husband, Top Producing South Florida Realtor Richard Goihman, Ivonn has built a customer base filled with local and international affluent clientele enabling her to market her listings on a global scale. Through various marketing techniques including advertising through multiple mediums and constant contact with her clients, Ivonn knows very well the level of commitment and patience that it takes to get the job done. When she is not working, Ivonn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, practicing pilates, skiing and reading.
