Since 2003, David has handled over 200 transactions for buyers and sellers totaling more than $200 million in sales in the downtown Manhattan residential market. As a downtown resident and a specialist in the downtown market he strongly believes in being knowledgeable about the area in which you work and is dedicated to providing that knowledge to his clients. His experience with new condominium developments is extensive, having handled the on-site marketing and sales of 56 Pine, 59 John Lofts, and most recently, Greenwich Club Residences at 88 Greenwich Street in Lower Manhattan.
Growing up in a real estate family, David learned first-hand from his mother -- herself a top broker -- what it takes to be successful. The example she set with her sense of integrity, her dedication to her clientele, her persistence in fulfilling their needs and her profound love for real estate are qualities which David both respects and shares in his own work.
David’s professional life prior to brokerage is as varied as the people he meets in his current career. As a songwriter and musician, he has written and recorded albums for Columbia Records and Universal Music. He has also been involved in the restaurant business working under Jean-George protege and renowned chef, Wylie Dufresne. These fast-paced, people-driven industries have taught David the importance of thinking on your feet and paying strict attention to detail, all experiences that have helped him flourish in his real estate career.
Besides his career in real estate, David enjoys doing most anything on or around the water. As a proud New Yorker, he is also an advocate of the protection of the state’s natural fisheries and marine ecosystems. David attended Berkshire School and is a graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
